Dr. Amanda Holdsworth
I’m a strategist, educator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience helping people turn good ideas into strong, sustainable businesses.
My career has taken me across industries—from launching initiatives in education and nonprofit spaces to consulting for startups and established companies on strategy, branding, and growth. I hold a doctorate in education, have taught in classrooms and boardrooms alike, and know firsthand what it takes to lead, build, and adapt.
When I started my own business, I realized how much noise is out there—and how little of it felt real. I didn’t need fluff or flashy formulas. I needed someone to talk to. A plan that made sense. Tools that actually helped.
Foundry & Grit was born from that need. It’s the place I wish I’d had when I was figuring things out—somewhere to get practical guidance, think strategically, and solve real problems with someone who gets it.
